Booking Procedure


  1. Request availability with date arriving and date of departure as well how many persons (including babies and children).
  2. If availability is confirmed advise us that you want the booking and pay the part payment deposit as requested. Confirmation of booking will only happen after a deposit is received in our account and cleared, within the specified time limit.
  3. Methods of deposit payment: electronic (Internet) payments, direct bank deposits or on-line credit card payment. No debit cards accepted for on-line payment or cheques for payment on arrival.
  4. The full outstanding balance is payable on arrival. Internet payment to us may be made from our reception and our computer.
  5. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards only. Should your card be rejected payment is due in cash.
  6. .R150.00 refundable key & breakage deposit is payable on arrival and will be refunded on departure (from 8am) or as agreed.

For the record my family rated our 3 day visit to St Lucia as a highlight in their holiday annals - that's pretty good as they have been to some great destinations in South Africa which includes Kruger, Berg, Knysna, Cape Town and the North Coast of KZN - keep up the great work.
